staff was pleasant, room was spotless. beds were comfy. the downtown is within 5 minutes' walk. the location was great, with la pizza nostra nearby, where we could eat.

All in all, it was excellent base for traveling to Puerto Morelos. Truly enjoyed terrace. Staff seemed friendly. Worth its 3 stars.
